A clear, fruity wine that is typical of this German grape. It is clean on the palate and has a long finish. The nose is reminiscent of green apples, citrus and green berries. It would go well with fowl, fish, and white meats such as pork. Excellent with salads and light sandwiches and some Chinese and Indian dishes.
Carl Jung non-alcoholic wines contain around 16 calories per 100ml glass (many times less than traditional wine) and 0.2% alcohol by volume.
Carl Jung select quality wines and then dealcoholize the wine using a natural process of vacuum extraction at low temperature (under 30°C). This method does not cause thermal breakdown since the processing temperatures are no higher than those in fermentation. Because this process takes only a few minutes, the delicate ingredients of the wine are preserved intact (tannins, anthocyanins and trace elements).
