- About Us
PremiumNearBeer.com is your source for premium quality, great tasting non-alcoholic beer, wine, cider, and spirits from around the world. We deliver right to your door across Canada and a limited number of products in the United States (see USA tab in store).
In 2005 I was diagnosed with a chronic illness that ultimately led me to accept that I needed to eliminate alcohol from my diet. I started drinking the non-alcoholic beer available in grocery stores, bars, and restaurants but quickly became frustrated by the lack of options and bored of the similar tastes. That’s when I became determined to find premium quality non-alcoholic beer with great taste and in a variety of styles. I am now proud to not only offer you some of the best non-alcoholic beers in the world but also wine, cider, and spirits!
If you enjoy the taste and social aspect of drinking a beer, glass of wine, cider, or cocktail but abstain from or want to reduce your alcohol consumption for whatever reason: high performance athletes, weight loss, pregnancy, healthier lifestyles, religion, medical conditions, medication interactions, personal choice, and designated drivers, then PremiumNearBeer.com is for you.
We hope you enjoy our products and service including the tasting notes and food pairings from our Beer Expert and our mocktail recipes by our Mixologist!

Her work has been published in the Toronto Star, Toronto Life, Chatelaine, The Walrus and online for the New York Times, CBC and msn.ca. For the last two years, she has done little else but taste, write and study beer. She is one of the founders of Brauhaus, a club that curates the best home brews in southern Ontario and shares them with the beer-loving public. She is also a member of the Pink Boots Society, Barley's Angels Toronto, and the organizer of the Ontario Hopspiel to raise funds for native women.
There’s nothing she loves more than writing about beer — except drinking it.
